Still no meaningful progess on an index.

Continued, but still no decent index. And there is no sign of
an illipython.html. Sigh!

So, this is an effort to reorganize this directory. It contains a 
representative collection of useful examples and some instruction
for doing illiMath stuff in Python. 

The reason there is no index.hmtl here is to permit users to access
files directly. Please do not make changes to files here. It will mess
up your image of the repository. Instead, make copies of items you want
to work with in your own space. For instance in your home directory on
the ma198 repository.

The file  illipython.html serves as an annotated index.
