About me
I am a senior student in the department of Mathematics
at UIUC. I expect to graduate in June 2011 with a B.Sc. degree in Mathematics.
Before I come to
My hometown is Shenzhen,
the youngest and forth biggest city in mainland
I like collecting coins and listening to both
classical music and “pop” songs. My favorite American singer is Willie Nelson.
(I know it is weird, haha!)
Education
09/2008-present University of Illinois at
Urbana-Champaign,
Undergraduate Study with Major in Mathematics.
09/2006-06/2008
Undergraduate Study with Major in Chemistry.
Research Interest
My current research
interest is applied mathematics, especially in modeling and simulating the real
world problems with mathematical tools. Currently I am working on the stochastic
neural network with Prof. Lee
DeVille.
Previously,
I also worked on some chemistry projects mainly in the methodology research in organometallic catalytic reaction.
