Things to add to noolf



1.  Allow the user to input a rule without having to go in and change the code.

2.  Allow noolf to be able to do both "rule by sums" and not "rule by sums".

3.  Have a separate window display the current rule in both binary and decimal numbers, similar to Hartman's final version.

4.  Allow the user to change the color and radius without starting the program over.

5.  Have the program open with an actual rule and not just a blank screen.

6.  Have the noolf window open larger.

7.  Allow the user to be able to save a rule.

8.  Allow the user to increase/decrease the rule by a single decimal number.
