Finding Exoplanets Using the Doppler Effect

Abstract

The goal of this project is to create a simulation of stars visible from Earth. Some will have planets orbiting them. The user will be able to determine which stars have planets by observing the Doppler effect on the light given off by the stars.

November 5 update: progress on project is slow while I work on seminar presentation.
November 7 update: Uploaded draft of seminar to Google drive, included link on site.
November 10 update: Finished seminar linked, wikipedia article removed.
November 14 update: Added changes based on new project direction. Added list of sources.
November 24 update: New versions of my project added to repository and current iteration added to website. Officially made project about finding exoplanets.
December 10 update: Newest working version of my project added. December 12 update: Another new version added.
