1st Quarter Progress Report

Diary of Changes

Wednesday, February 26th, 2003

Today, I updated the page for the first time. I am picking up the html commands faster than I would have thought. I hope to keep a fairly accruate record of changes to the webpage in this diary. My next big projects will be adding a second webpage for my semester project, and completing my pre-proposal. And, now that I think about it, I have a few other questions/problems to address. First, I want to change the color of text and the links on my page. Also, I need to ask someone about the spacing on the webpage; there seems to be too many spaces in between lines, even though I have only one break inserted.

Well, I learned a bit more today. My unknown thanks go out to Alex Pompe for having a webpage already completed to learn the html commands off of. Today, I completed both of my major tasks (see above); however, both of my questions are still unanswered as of yet. I guess I'll just wait till tomorrow.

I was up late last night, or rather this morning, looking for more information about genetics to create a backbone for my project. I stumbled upon a rather detailed Mendelian Genetics page for a 400-level class at a University in South Dakota. Anyway, It has a lot of good information that I think I will use in my project.

Well, this is my final update before going home for Spring Break. Anyway, I have added a link to my 1st quarter progress report. Also, I have completed my final proposal. I have also updated odds and ends around the site, just maintenence I guess.
